We participate with many health insurance companies to provide in-network speech/language pathology and occupational therapy services to our patients as a courtesy (see our Financial Policy). However, each individual plan offers different benefits, and services may not be covered by your plan despite our in-network status.

We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly prior to receiving services and ask the following questions:

Does my individual plan cover speech/language and occupational therapy evaluations and treatment?

Does my plan have any exclusions for speech/language therapy and occupational therapy services?

Do I need to obtain a prior-authorization before receiving services?

Do I have a limit on the amount of sessions I can receive? If so, how many per year?

Out-of-Network Benefits with Insurance
​Because most insurance reimbursement rates no longer cover the basic overhead required to provide high-quality, individualized care, our practice operates on a private-pay model for many insurance companies. This means payment is collected at the time of service directly from the patient/caregiver for services rendered.
