We participate with many health insurance companies to provide in-network speech/language pathology services to our patients as a courtesy (see our Financial Policy). However, each individual plan offers different benefits, and services may not be covered by your plan despite our in-network status.
We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly prior to receiving services and ask the following questions:
Does my individual plan cover speech/language evaluations and treatment?
Does my plan have any exclusions for speech/language therapy services?
Do I need to obtain a prior-authorization before receiving services?
Do I have a limit on the amount of sessions I can receive? If so, how many per year?
Do I have a deductible, co-pay and or co-insurance? If so, how much will I be responsible for?
Do I need to obtain a referral for services?
Is Garrison City Speech & Language Services, PLLC, considered in-network with my specific plan?
