New Patient Information:

Once registered with GCTS as a new patient, you will receive an email from Theraplatform asking you to create a password. Once logged in to your own private and secure HIPAA compliant portal, you can complete all intake paperwork and consent forms electronically. Please click on "Test Your Setup" (see below) prior to your first appointment to make sure that your connection is working. If you experience technical difficulties, please give us a call at 603-842-4924. We would be happy to assist you.
