Garrison City Speech & Language Services provides diagnostic and therapy services to both children and adults with various developmental and acquired conditions affecting speech, language, learning, feeding, swallowing, voice, cognition, written language, behavior, sensory-motor and social skills. We offer services in multiple settings to best meet the needs of our clients and to serve the larger community. Please see the various services and settings listed below. Office Setting Services
We offer individual and small group speech/language evaluation and therapy services to children and adults in our fun and friendly office which is located in downtown Dover, NH.
Teletherapy Services
We offer teletherapy services through the computer to individuals in remote areas or for convenience. We use a HIPAA compliant online therapy room through TheraPlatform. Please contact us if you are interested in discussing this option for yourself, your child or your student.
Consultation Services
We offer consultation services to parents (attending IEP meetings), schools, and various healthcare professionals. Please contact us if you'd like to learn more about what we can offer your staff.
Reading Evaluations
We offer comprehensive written language testing for students struggling with various aspects of learning to read and write, including phonological awareness skills, knowledge of sound-symbol correspondence, decoding, reading comprehension, encoding/spelling, and written language expression.
Play and Language Development Groups
We offer play and language development groups for toddlers. Please contact us if you are interested in learning more about these groups and reserving your child's spot. Space will be limited to 4-5 children per group. We are currently offering the following groups: 2-3 years and 3 1/2-4 years.
Social Skills Groups
We offer social skills groups for children and young adults. Please contact us if you are interested in learning more about these groups and reserving your/your child's spot. Space will be limited to 4-5 students per group. We are currently offering the following groups: 4-5 years, 6-7 years, 8+years and 18-23 years.
